Public Works - Construction Division

The Construction Management Division is responsible for assisting all City departments with construction related activity. They are also responsible for communication between City departments and design professionals and consultants, both during design/development phase and construction phase of projects, monitoring all City projects in the field for quality, monitoring progress payments with relation to completion, processing and tracking changes to the contracts and overseeing dispute resolution. Additionally, the Director oversees real property acquisition needs for the City's construction projects.
