Consider for Approval a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Galveston and the United States Coast Guard for Fire and Rescue Services for the Coast Guard Base and on the various marine vessels operating at the base. (M. Wisko)

Consider for action accepting the proposal from Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC. for professional services to perform wading depth and depth of closure surveys of the beach, and to authorize the City Manager to approve a one-year agreement with three (3) one-year renewal options.
