Consider for approval the purchase of the InfoWorks ICM Ultimate software package from DLT Solutions, LLC through the Texas Department of Information Resources Co-Operative Purchasing Contract (DIR-TSO-4236) necessary to perform in-house operation, manipulation and maintenance of the stormwater H&H model being developed by our outside consultant team under the Stormwater Master Plan project and necessary computer hardware upgrades to adequately run the InfoWorks ICM software package in the amount of $56,708.68; Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. Consider approving the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ford-Audio Video Systems, LLC utilizing BuyBoard Contract #644-21 for a total cost of $40,172 and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the city attorney. (H. Dean)

Consider approving the purchase of a battery backup solution through SHI Government Solutions utilizing Omnia Partners contract number 2018011-02 for a total cost of $21,215.71. (H. Dean)

Consider approving the purchase of Netmotion licenses from MobileWireless, LLC utilizing DIR-CPO-4723 for a one (1) year term for a total cost of $ 22,354. (H. Dean)

Consider for approval the renewal of the Oracle database licenses and software support agreement for $20,408.08 utilizing DIR contract TSO-4158, through authorized reseller Mythics, Inc. (H. Dean)

Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Execute An Agreement With Tucon, LLC dba Unbehagen Construction For $139,036.00 And Authorizing The City Manager To Execute The Contract Upon Final Approval By The City Attorney. (B. Sanderson)

Consider for approval, issuance of a Task Order #14 to DCMC Partners for development and documentation of the funding request package for the 59th Street Water Tank Project, and authorize the City Manager to sign all documents upon the review and approval of the City Attorney. (T. Wrobleski)

Consider for approval, awarding Bid #23-04 Standby Emergency Generator Maintenance Services to Arcco Company Services, Land & Sea Services 1 Inc. and Express Power Services dba Generator Service Center for a term of (3) years with (2) one-year auto renewals authorizing the City Manager to execute the contracts upon review and approval of the City Attorney. Consider for approval the use of the cooperative purchasing contract through HGAC Contract (RC01-21) from Otto Environmental Systems for the purchase of automated rollout garbage carts in the amount of $35,180.00. Authorizing City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. (D. Bender)

Consider for approval the acceptance of the BuyBoard contract # 635-21 quote from Southern Trenchless Solutions, to replace manhole covers with Sewper Covers and to utilize trenchless technologies for manhole rehabilitation within the City of Galveston Sewer Sheds, in the amount of $235,780. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. (T. Pedraza)

Consider for approval the ratification for the emergency replacement of failed manholes, performed by Southern Trenchless in the amount of $128,531.08. (T. Pedraza)

Consider for approval the ratification for the emergency repairs to the 36” causeway water main failures, performed by Rangeline in the amount of $65,888.00. (T. Pedraza)

11.S.

Consider for the approval of the oversite inspection services of steel wheel trolley I503 to Fleet Maintenance Specialists Inc for a total of $26,750 which will be funded from the Convention Center Surplus. This service will cover the oversight and proper documentation of the project. (D. Smith)

11.T.

Consider for the approval of the upgrading of the three operating trolleys telematic systems from the outdated 3G network, and in addition, provide safety requested adjustments to the emergency stop systems, for a total cost of $25,555 to Gomaco Trolley Company. Funding will be from the Convention Center Surplus Fund. (D. Smith)

Recommendation to participate in the settlement of the State of Texas Opioid litigation with the State Attorney General’s Office with the retailers Allergan, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart authorizing the City Manage to execute the forms required by the Office of the Attorney General. (Legal)

Consider for Approval Confirming the City Manager's Appointment of Lisa Blair to the Civil Service Commission. (B. Maxwell)

Consider for approval to accept $900,000.00 in grant funding and enter a partnership with the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute for the creation of a Multi-Disciplinary Response Team (MORT) for the City of Galveston. The MORT will be a collaborative effort between the Galveston Police Department, Galveston Fire Department, and the Gulf Coast Center to treat mental health issues. (D. Balli)
