Community pool beginning phased reopening June 3

Lasker Park reopening

The community pool will reopen Wednesday, June 3 with certain restrictions to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19. The first phase would include the opening of the lap pool to adults only by reservation.

During phase one of the opening, the focus is on fitness and lap swimming. Pool guests will be required to register for a time slot and lane before visiting to limit the number of people there to the space available. Time slots will begin at the top of the hour and last for 50 minutes. To reserve your spot, please visit

The pool had been closed since March as part of the city’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, we’ve vigorously cleaned the facility and developed internal policies to help reduce the risk to our visitors.
