City facilities closed MLK Day

City facilities will be closed next Monday, January 18 in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Both recreation centers will be closed and Island Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule. Trash services will be collected a day behind the usual schedule. For instance, Monday's route will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday's route will be collected Wednesday and so on.
