During the review process, you may be contacted via email to provide additional information if needed.
You will be notified of the status of your application once we have completed our review. Due to the influx of applications longer, wait times may be expected.

Effective October 1, 2021, all golf carts permitted from this day forward will be required to be inspected. The inspection form completed by the inspection location will need to be submitted with the golf cart application.
A golf cart license plate may be obtained at the Galveston County tax assessor collector’s office. https://www.galvestoncountytx.gov/our-county/tax-assessor-collector
